BB10 OS probem. BlackBerry Z3 wont simply just open

hello guys I am from India and i need your help.
my blackberry z3 STJ100-2 with OS version 10.3.1.i dont remember the last digits
i had some issue with the mobile after i accidentally updated android runtime.
so i decided to reload the OS. but Blackberry link method failed. so i downloaded Auto loader for STJ100-2 with OS version 10.3.2 . auto loading process turned out to be weird as i had followed instructions but the process wasnt competed as it showd on the console
: ERROR : FAILED TO LOAD IMAGE.
since then my device isnt opening and the red led is continuously blinking

The phone has been wiped and it has tried to start up again and has just stuck on a page with an exclamation mark in the middle and 'www.bberror.com/bb10-0015' beneath it. Is there any way this can be sorted?

I am sure this has been discussed before but I am a new Passport User. The same seller on eBay has some very reasonably priced Z10s for sale. What is the appeal of a BB without the keyboard? Their onscreen keyboard seems nice but just curious about the main draw or appeal since I thought for the most part it was the physical keyboard.

VZW refused to activate

Wife's z10 got dropped in a puddle (sat there for 30 minutes) and the sim card was done. Two corporate VZW stores told me even if the phone read a new card (which it wouldn't) their "system" would not let them activate it due to it being as old as it was. When I got home I took the card they'd programmed for her number and put it in MY old z10.
Activated no problem. I also found it activated my old Z30 on her number (which she did not want :0 )
So don't believe the bull****. Get them to program the card and put it in yourself.

Hi I know this has several threads already however none that quite match my situation. I was gifted a z10 stl100-4 that won’t turn on and I get a solid red light while plugged into usb with or without the battery installed it doesn’t make a difference. My problem is I don’t have the drivers installed to try and run an auto loader and the computer won’t register the phone. Sachesi wont run debrick also because it won’t register the phone. Also if theres nothing I can do for the z10 will any of the internals work on a z3 to make it a better phone such as the camera etc.

Z10 STL100-3 Red Light Issue and Doesnt Blink and boot

Hello, I have a STL100-3 model Z10 device and it isnt working now. It shows a long Red Light when I connect to a Power Source or PC and I have tried all the steps in the forums and YouTube videos of repairing it with the Autoloaders from BB site. I have tried with Autoload-STL100-3-10.1.0.1485 and Autoload-STL100-3-10.3.1.997 and both of them doesnt even connect to the device. Upon connecting to PC Red Light approx glows for 2 mins (it doesnt blink like in videos). I have tried reseting it by holding the reset link next to the Z10 Power ON button - no luck. When I open BB Link under Devices it doesnt even list ming even during Red Link glowing time.

New to z10

Hi I'm new to the z10. I originally had a dtek50 but that broke so picked up a z10 for £5 with box and used headphone and I just have one small niggle which is when I unlock the phone to input pin to unlock it very laggy but I was fine on 10.3.1 as I got the phone with that firmware and updated it to 10.3.3 and I have a bit of battery drain and will that settle after a few charge cycles.

I can't choose just to have 2g network

Hi I have tried to set my network to just 2g but there is no option. I can only get as follows 4gto3g 4gto3gto2g 3gto2g and 3g only there's no 2g only. I'm on ee UK so maybe that is the reason I can't.

How can i recover contacts from a Z10

Hello, new to this site.....I have a blackberry Z10 and somehow i deleted my contacts. No backups. Was hoping that there was a way to restore them. called blackberry.....no help. need some type of software to recover them. please help.
