Reason: some Android apps now require 4.4 & above runtime. Several apps that I downloaded from the Google play store have stopped working. When I try to download the latest version a message "your device is not compatible with this version appears". Has Colbalt's fix been updated by any chance. Would I need to use Sachesi again an update is indeed possible or have I reached the end of the line with St 100-1. Any help will be most welcome.

Why is whatsapp not opening on my BlackBerry Z10
I upgraded my phone to version 10.3.3 on SLT100-1 and did not work so I was advised to downgrade it, in the process, I downgraded it to version 10.3.1 and now Whatsapp wouldn't open, it completed download and installation but will only show some shapes as the icon so I guess it mean it's invalid or something, other android apps installed and open. Please can I get a link to get a WhatsApp version suitable for the phone's version or otherwise some help tips??

My BB_Z10 wont turn on or charge and no led light!
Hi! I hope that you guys will help me, Last year (2017) it shutdown suddenly and didn't turn on, I thought that it is now dead forever but I tried every thing downloaded BB Link but phone doesn't show up on device manager.
Yesterday I just plugged it into the charger and it powered on but sometimes stuck and restarting and heating up, So I saw the thread on cb that turning off mobile data and all the connection will prevent heating up and it worked. After that I tried to connect my z10 BB link on pc and update the device, the software was downloading and suddenly my device goes off and now again it wont turn on...:broken-heart:
Guy's please help me to fix it I Will appreciate your help!

Trying to Autoload my old Z10 down to 10.2 for the fun of it but the device just keeps rebooting
Autoloader opens, Phone reboots, autoloader says writing ramdisk image, then says signature verification, Phones green led comes on, autoloader closes, phone reboots back to 10.3. Any suggestions?
Phone is a STL100-3

Can someone help me to make my Blackberry z10 works?
I was trying to make a reset on my BBZ10 (STL1000-2), so i follow the steps, go to configuration and then select the reset but, when my bb was in the process at 39% it stopped and then the screen went black, i left it two hours like that then i tried to see what happen with the on/off button for 10 seconds and started again the reset, and then it stopped at 39% and do the same of the black screen. I took out the battery and then turn it on again, then appeared me the error bb10-0015. So i did search about how to fixed that and i took the option to conect the phone to the pc and do the Blackberry Link following the next steps:
Select Reload Device and then the Z10 connects to Link.
then Z10 light stops flashing red and is solid green
Downloads software
Extracts software
Starts Completing Installation and immediately fails with the generic 0x000000a2 error
Starts flashing red again
And i have tried like 6 times with the BB link but give me the same error.
Do my Blackberry still have another option to make it work? Please someone help me :(

I got a used Z10 on eBay to communicate with our sixth grader when she gets out of school.
My wife would also like us to be able to see where she is, if need be.
Does anyone know of any apps we can install to be able to see where her device is in real time? We both have iPhones and computers, of course, but after poking around a little it seems like everything I search for is a spy app. I'm wondering if I'm using the wrong search terms.

Speaker Not Working
Hi All,
The speaker/ringer on my Z10 has suddenly stopped working. I've doublechecked and the notification profile is set to normal and ringers and alerts are enabled, but I'm not getting any sound. Same thing with YouTube or music etc., so I've concluded it's the speaker itself.
Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get it working? I'm missing some important calls and messages as a result.

BB z10 blinking red light after security wipe stuck at 98%
i have bb z10, after security wipe stuck at 98% i reload device using bb link because error code came. Since than a red light blinking tick tick and tick tick. I tried using crack pack. my model is slt-100-1 but still same issue. Light turn green during reloading rom image but after that again red light.. can anyone help ??

I tried to download yesterday my blackberry z10 10.3.2 software but i have been using data s but they finished while it was downloading so when i tried to download today it is only updating it does not complete what ca i do now i freakout now what can i do pleas help.
