Found my old z10 yesterday
So I was cleaning out my drawer and found my old z10 in it. Got a reminder of how smooth the OS is. Still functions well. I took it to an at&t store to see if I could get a Sim card for it. They told me that there was an issue with the Sim card reader.
I am not buying their claim. I have never abused that phone. The only thing I had an issue with on that phone is the power button. It acts weird when you press to unlock sometimes. My question is could I use a Sim card adapter to use on the z10? I don't really want to buy another phone as a backup if I already have the z10.

Greetings,
A message just popped up saying that there is a software update that is currently being downloaded. I've searched these forums, and there is no mention of it. Where can I find more information about the 10.3.3.2137 update?
I'm assuming the 'update' is just removing features.

Why my blackberry z10 went blank in middle of the security wipe?
I got a blackberry Z10 2 and 'm trying a security wipe and it gets to about 22% before the screen blanks. I'm on round three of this; the first two times I thought the phone was off and attempted a hard reboot. The third time I did in lower light and noticed that the screen is indeed on, but just black. No shredder icon or anything.
Am I looking at an OS reload or should I just wait this one out?

Browser Error
Greetings,
When I try to go to tripcase, I get the following error:
The last line strongly indicates that the error is being generated by the website, and not the browser. However, I don't get this error in the PlayBook browser. I also don't get it in Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, or Opera. I can try to contact tripcase, but I doubt they will help if the error only happens in the Z10.
Does anyone have any ideas on what could be happening? I just recently updated to OS 10.3.3.3216.

Why cant Iaccess blackberry world???
I have a blackberry Z10 and I am in Zimbabwe. If I click blackberry world it just dont open. It will be saying loading and it never opens. I need to download whatsfixer, I cant go any longer without sharing my pictures.

NFC to LG G4
So, I thought I'd be clever, and try something I've never done before; NFC a file to my wife's LG G4 using NFC. Unfortunately, neither device recognized each other when touching the backs with or without the cases.
Should this have worked?

Z10 black screen, won't boot up, red light. Please help.
Hello everybody, I need help with my device. It happened last week and I've been trying (almost) everything to recover my phone. The phone just doesn't want to boot, when I connect it to the charger or the USB on my pc it shows up the red light (the PC even recognize it) and then the screen turns on but nothing shows, then the screen lower the brightness (still "turned on") but nothing shows up, and then the phone just turns off completely. This even happens whenever I plug it with or without battery on. The phone does the same damn thing if I press the power button. Red light, then screen "turns on", nothing shows up, not even the "Blackberry" logo, nothing... then the brightness goes down a little but still nothing, just a black screen, and then POOF the phone turns off completely.
I've tried wiping it with SIC 5 times and it does wipe it tho, it does it's thing, the red light turns green and all. I've tried the 10.3.2.2876 autoloader file and it also does it's thing like it normally should do, but then, after it finished is the same thing all over again :( I'm kinda desperate and I'm sorry for being like this but I've got nowhere to ask, I went to a technician and all they said was "We don't know the issue" :(
If someone here knows how to solve it, please let me know.

BB Z10 is not switching on

My BB Z10 suddenly is not switching on. i checked it connecting to PC and i could see a red light blinks and i tried to hold volume buttons along with power button again i could see red light and disappears.
I googled it and followed the steps to Reinstalling the BlackBerry OS and when i connect to BB link using PC, my mobile is not recognized by BB link.
Could you help me in solving this issue and reload the OS. since my phone is blinking when i connect to PC, i know the issue is only with software.

My BB Z10 is Not Supporting 4g!!!!!!!

Site Identity Not Verifiable
I have had this before and read how to fix it so a fix is not what I am looking for.
I would like to now why or what caused it all of the sudden.
I imported a zip over http and after cat I now have this error on every browser except com.android.browser which still works really well and renders the canvas element. Opened via ghost commander.
