Why is my Z10 screen not working?

Hi,
My Z10 was brilliant for years. Last year I replaced my Z10 work phone with a OnePlus3, which is going strong. My son wants my Z10 so I charged a battery and turned it on. The screen is really dark and illegible, it has ghosting and I assumed the screen was damaged. I ordered a new screen and have replaced the original with a lovely new one.. only to find it is exactly the same and even appears to have screen burn.. though the image is from when I did a hard reset last week with the old screen! Is it a video driver problem? I don't understand how the new screen would have the same blots and screen ghosts from the original one.

I connected the z10 to BBlink and it did not recognize me, then I gave the option to download the program and the cell phone rebooted and I typed error bb-00015, then reading on the internet I found that downloading the autoload was reloading the software (OS), but this did not happen, but it stayed in the Blackberry logo with the black screen, it turns on its red light but it does not finish to start. The on / off button does not work and the bblink or the autoload does not recognize me. I do not know what to do to revive my z10 stl100-4 cell phone from Verizon. I bought a second-hand blackberry z10, but when trying to start wifi nothing happens, if I start wifi from configuration and return to the previous screen it is shown off.

I have a Z10 STL100-4 de Verizon and connected to the Blackberry Link gave error and press reload, after this appeared the error BB-00015, then reading in its forum note that could be recovered by downloading the last autoloader and this would repair. Well that I did, I recognized the cell phone and started to do its process and when I finish, the autoloader was closed and the cell phone was with the black screen and Blackberry logo. The On/off button does not work, try to retrieve it with the BBLink and nothing, because it does not recognize the cell phone. Download several versions of Autoloarder and none manages to recognize my cell phone. I don't know what to do to fix it anymore.

I have done the following, I download the most updated autoloader of the model of my Z10, I run as Administrator. I hope it opens, I connect the cell without battery, the computer sounds when connected by the USB port, starts to turn on until it stays on the Blackberry logo, I put the battery fast and autoloader does not recognize it. I've also connected it with the battery on and the only thing the cell does is restart after about ten minutes.

Highlighting the on / off button no matter how hard you press it does not work. The only way I have to turn it off / on is to remove the battery.

Did some of you happen to this? Have you managed to have your cell phone revived? Who could please help me in this? I really need my cell phone and I'm desperate. By the way, I connect it to the charger and it recharges normally to complete the green light.

Pls help me. Suddenly for past few days my BlackBerry Z10 switches off suddenly, even though battery is charged. Sometimes the display slowly fades away, phone hangs and the study phone just stops working.

I NEED HELP last night my mom give me a black berry z10 phone and i decide to do a factory reset. when factory reset is on going i accidentally pull the battery 3 times and the 4th time i put the battery bberror10 0015 show in start up i tried bb link,autoloader but when i connect the phone via usb cable always red light and logo on and off pls help me thanks:straight-face: sorry for bad english

Broken screen, touch screen doesn't work. How do I recover data?

Nearly an year ago I left my Blackberry Z10 on the edge of the sofa and my do decided he had to jump onto the sofa over the edge.
Needless to say, the phone dropped screen facing the floor.

And my nightmare began. There was a huge crack, from top to bottom - no big deal. But the DEAL breaker was that the touch screen stopped working. Zero response.
I ran to a s tore that day and bought a Samsung.

But today I recalled extremely important data that I have on that Blackberry. Career important, and I don't have the time or the money to go waste money on a new screen for it.

When I connect it to my computer, sometimes it will give the option to ignore the connection, access SD (there is no SD inside?!), charge only or install drivers.
Yeah, thanks Blackberry.
Anyway, I'm unable to pick any of those options because the touch screen doesn't work, as I mentioned above. And sometimes the options won't even appear - it will just give me "Device connected to computer" and do nothing else.

I never did the backup stuff either. I'm trying to reach some images.

I did everything right from cobalt thread, but I can not still Keep apk works.
