Download mails from BlackBerry Hub

I recently change my phone Z10 to Dtek60.
I have problems with an aan email account and I have to deleted it and Re created. In this process I lost many mails that I haven't backed up.
Most of this mails are still in the BlackBerry Hub of z10 and I wanted to save it o move it in the new account.
Is there anyway to do it?
Couldn't find where BlackBerry saved it in the device.

When I was shutdown my phone first showing blackberry symbol and name after light off after one or two seconds automatically light on showing blackberry symbol and name and two seconds light off shutdown.How to fix it?

Trying to locate my phone (have used it before and it worked well) Today I am getting a stale map with a massive purple dot showing the stale location (actually the dot is blocking the location from view pretty much) and this message across the map:

Is BB Protect down or is this some new horrible format? Hope some one can advise and thank you in advance :)

Many retailer in India still selling Blackberry Z10, but many authorised service centre are not repairing z10 by saying its an old model. Now what customer should do who recently purchased Z10.

How do I receive 2 step verification text messages on my blackberry Z10 ? For example LinkedIn or twitter.?..with Blackberry OS 10.3.3.1463..

I just bought my blackberry z10 love the phone but when I tried logging in to LinkedIn & Twitter it never sent me a code like I used to get on my android? Is it a setting issue? Any help or YouTube video reference to correct this would be great.

Locate my phone - what's happened?

No longer get an icon pointing to location when using Locate my phone through Blackberry Protect. Now I just get a map showing a 10 block radius with no little pinpoint icon. I have used this before and it worked great but the last 3 days I am getting the map but that's about it. I can't search a 10 block radius lol! Anyone know why this is?

3800 mAh BlackBerry Z10 battery

I have the 5000 mAh but it is not available anymore. This 3800 mAh battery seems like the way to go for you die hard Z10 users. The original Z10 battery is only 1800 mAh. I like the bulge on the back of the phone. People hold mine and say "What a solid phone". Easier to hang on to.

I have been trying to locate my phone but maps was not working properly (no location pointer, just a map of about 10 city blocks) My phone has now either run out of battery or the location has been turned off. Is it still possible to lock and wipe it through BB Protect?

Since some week noticed the browser suddenly crash leaving just the ghost window.
Now the same is happening with systems preferences and other apps.
STL100-2 SR 10.3.3.1435, 4 years old, just need a wipe or might be a storage problem after all this time?
