Is there only 2 types of resolution sizes for phototaking?

I can only find 16:9 and 4:3 for the size. But when I don't need the files to be that big of a size, it's not an option?!
1 photo is at least 900kb. I just need some 200KB sizes photos so that it saves space on my SD card.

Does anyone know how to change the photo quality type? I know we have "Fine, Superfine, Normal" etc for our 9xxx models. Heck, even storm1 and 2 have them...
