I just updated my Bell Blackberry Z10 and all my text messages disappeared right after the first reboot:no::no::no:
I quickly reset the Hub (5 swipe gesture) and still no text messages.
I reset my phone and 1 of my old messages appeared.
Tried the above two methods a few more times and I still cannot retrieve my text messages. Has this happened to anyone?! Any suggestions??
