Have any of you tried to upgrade Z10 SW via Blackberry Link. It tells me that there is a SW upgrade available for it. Phone says no. I try to upgrade the phone SW via Blackberry link and every time it gags just as it finishes the upgrade and dies. The first time it did it I thought I bricked the phone (heart attack), but have been able to restore it so far.
I have upgraded over wifi from the phone and that went ok.
So far I am not a big fan of Blackberry Link, I have a lot of issues with synching music to the device, its just not smooth. Hopefully that all gets ironed out with time.
Please let me know if it is working for you, maybe will trying uninstalling, reinstalling Link:rolleyes:
