z10 installing blackberry link every plug in

So running into issue that just continues over and over I have two z10 I manage I'm running xp every day I plug in the devices they always pop up installing link regardless if it was connected to this pc yesterday working fine I am not sure what going on I get an error 1723 but I am sure that it is just a windows installer issue

Any one have any ideas
