Help me please! Internet/Edge issue on 10.2.1.xx versions

Hi, my z10 stl100-1 ( unlocked) havent internet on any 10.2.1.xx version and APN setting is unchangable and disabled on it. But I havent this problem on 10.2.0 versions. Anyone can help me? I have searched very sites for solution but couldent find :(
I live in iran and cant reach any BBerry support
