Stl100-1 10.2.0.429 camera issue

The official10.2.0.429 I just installed from orange has some annoying issues:
1) the camera cannot be started
2) video could not be played

I downgraded to 10.1. 2354 and everything is ok but I miss some of the 10.2 features.

I tried some leaked versions but I still prefer official ones.

Does anyone know about solving this issue?
