Hello,
First off I would like to say I just picked up the Z10 and it is my first blackberry. I switched from iPhone (owned since iPhone originally was release). I have a couple of questions hoping to get answered.
With email, I have an @me email (MobileME) and it setup very nicely on the z10. It synced my calendar and contacts automatically. The problem Im having is all my emails aren't showing up. When I set it up I made sure to change 'initial retrieval amount' to 30 days. I assumed this is initial, but it still hasnt retrieved all emails after 1 day.
I had a couple of problems I would go into the hub and do some clicks relatively fast (eg. go to setup>email accounts>myemail>edit) and the screen would go white. I would be able to get out of the hub but whenever going back in it stayed white. The only way to fix it was to turn the phone off and on. Anyone else have this problem?
All in all it seems to be a great phone. Since Ive only ever owned iPhones, it will be a bit of a learning curve, but so far so good.
Thanks
