Blackberry z10 problem

Hello :)
I bought a z10 a week ago it is really wonderful device....I am from Croatia ... area code (+385) .. like the others i have the same problem like no sms senders name .. no caller name..

Example : if i put area code number on contact without + like 385XXXXXXXX the sms sender name shows.. but the caller name don`t... but if i save contact with area code with +385XXXXXXXX .. the caller name shows but sms sender name don`t . It is really annoying...

Can anyone know how to fix this?
