The sort-of 'Profile' setting in main menu

Hi guys

Just watched the z10 add in TV where the woman riding an eskalator, swipe down from main menu, to show option of (I think) switching profiles

Can't seem to find it in my Z using Z10STL100-2/10.1.0.2354

Can anyone enlighten me?
