Hub scroll?

Hey just wondering if anyone else experiencing this? While in HUB, swipe to left to break down inbox, when I scroll to bottom, it always pops back into main hub screen (or whatever was last selected) thought this would have been fixed in recent update? Is this the way it's supposed to function or does anyone like this reaction?
