Cracked Screen. No longer functional. Can't backup. Help!

Hey guys,

So my friend dropped her z10, it cracked, and is no longer functional

I can't back it up for her because I can't enter in a password on the device. Is there any way that I can take out the password manually when connected to the computer?

Maybe change the settings somewhere.. somehow?
