Run into a problem while setting up my Z10. Need help.

Bought a Z10 off Kijiji and did a security wipe before setting it up. After the wi-fi set-up screen, a blue-ish screen with no instructions came on and the random reboots started.

Additional details: Bought an unlock code from the Crackberry Unlocking store but when I go to Sim-Card settings, there's no option to unlock.
