Network connection issue

Anyone having this issue with side loaded and android port apps where you get the network connection error? Such apps as ebay, skype, speed test and kik. I've got to hold the power button down for 30 seconds etc and sometimes it fixes it and sometimes that doesn't. Anyone have this problem with these apps or other apps and how to fix this?? This is really pissing me off. I have a Z-10 stl 100-4 10.0.9 os.
