I have been having issues lately with my Z10 running 10.1.0.273. It may have been ever since activating it on our corporate BES or it may be unrelated to that, but it seems that was around that time that the issues began. Whenever I open an app for pics, music, or video I get a message saying "Indexing media card. Your files will be available shortly". The photo albums are totally out of date and do not show any current photos I have taken. The music is still playable and does show up in the music app just fine. Videos don't seem to be playing very well either, the last two movies I tried to watch stopped half way through, but that could be bad files too. When I go to the camera folder on the media card, the thumbnails don't show, just plain jpeg icons. I started to wonder if it was just a bad sdcard (64gb Sandisk) so I formatted the card but I'm still having the same problem. I'm contemplating completely wiping the device and starting over but wondering if anyone else has seen these kinds of issues.
