I Do Not Receive Notification When I Receive A Voicemail
I have not been receiving notification of voicemails via the Hub or anywhere else.
How I found this out was I would see missed calls but no message was left. I just checked my voice mails and there were several unheard messages. I did not think anyone was leaving any messages because I did not see the voice mail notification.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I am using OS Version 10.3.3.1463.

This OS version is blocked from device. | BlackBerry Z10 Autoloder
Hello guys,
While I was wiping my phone from inside the phone
itself, I received the error bb10-0010, but when I removed the battery to restarted it, then I got the error bb10-0015. I tried to use autoloaders in the sequence below but I'm still getting the same error, and every time after the error phone is just flashing the red led 2 times in a row.
1. Autoload-STL-100-1-10.3.1.634
2. Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.1.997
3. Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.2.159
I downloaded them from the site http://developer.blackberry.com/devzone/blackberry10devalpha/devalpha_update.html. My phone's version is STL 100-1 Indian unit.

Have Some Problems With Z10
Firstly, I cant update OS, Mine is 10.3.2 but the lastest version is 10.3.3 When i checked the Update in Setting, it always talk my OS is the lastest. Anyone have another way to download it?
Secondly, when i opened some hame like Toram Online or Zenonia AS... then in the 3 sec after that the game automaticcally exits. But in 3 months ago, i can play it normaly

BlackBerry z10 - Media file thumbs are blank
It is happening only for the files in media card. Tried Re inserting memory card,rebooted still no luck and even made re-copy of data still the same.

Outlook.com calendar
I used to sync my Z10 calendar with my XP Desktop calendar using BlackBerry Link.
I now have a Windows 10 machine. I understand that I can no longer sync the calendar using BB link. Got it.
So, as recommended, I set up an outlook.com account.
I have no idea what to do now.
My goal is to be able to view my calendar on my Windows 10 PC and to be able to sync it with my phone calendar.
I'd appreciate some simple instructions, I don't speak tech :)

Now that AT&T is launching the KEYone, I'm going to make the switch. But that means I'll have two perfect Z10s available as WiFi-only appliances around the house.
Please respond with your best ideas of how I can use SIM-less Z10s at home on my broadband WiFi network.

Back up locked phone without touchscreen?
My z10 got wet, not submerged. The phone comes on, charges, alarm goes off, phone calls, texts & emails come through but my touchscreen won't work so i can't do anything. I tried replacing the frame/screen, that did not work. Advice & suggestions please.
