Which model of the Z10 should i purchase for use in the Caribbean ?

I am trying to figure out which model of the Z10 would work best here in the Caribbean , I know all of them are GSM compatible , I live on the island of Dominica where the network was recently upgraded from GPRS to EDGE , just need to make sure i won't run into any issues with data on the network , i found this articles which gives 4 different models
