Cannot add Web pages to home screen

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but when I'm on a Web page I hit the extended menu (three dots) and select Add to Home Screen and then press the save button.

I get a message that it was added to the home screen, but it is not there.

I'm using an unlocked Z10 on AT&T with the latest software update (88).

Any help would be appreciated.
