No LTE on AT&T

Sorry it there is another thread on this, I didn't see it.

Is anyone having trouble getting LTE to work on AT&T? Any thoughts? I know I read something about the type of account AT&T has you set up on. I came from a 9900 so I'm not sure if that matters.
