Blackberry z10 (3)questions, Help!??

Hi everyone :) . . .

I just received my new white Blackberry z10 last week and I've been playing around with it, trying to figure everything out before I decide to keep it or not...
I have a few questions, if anyone can help me...:thinking:

When I have a friend send me a picture through BBM Chat, the picture saves to my "Documents" folder... then the picture is unable to open, the only option there is to "Zip" the file but then it still is unable to open... How do I fix this? and How do I get my pictures that I save from BBM Chats/SMS to be placed into my "Pictures" folder...and BE able to open the file...? :whew:

Another thing, why are my!! BBM Display pictures all so tiny!!?? Whenever I click on a fellow friend on BBM, there picture is at it's original size, but then my picture is extremely tiny!??... very frustrating :huh:

and Last but not least, When will there be a new update that will have more options of APPS! :dancing:
I don't get why every other Blackberry has access to APPS, such as:
Hookt, TD Bank, tons of Games, WhatsApp, Instagram, and so forth
