A big shout out to Blackberry customer service on working through my inability to have Blackberry Link backup. It took a bit of patience to get the call connected but once in touch Blackberry provided awesome hands on service. They said they would call back twice at more convenient times for me and did just that. Initially I thought perhaps the issues were platform based, then app based, perhaps wi-fi... I tried them all and even waited through the first series of Rogers updates to no avail. I have Windows XP 64 bit and was never able to sync for a log or initial backup but in a few brief moments my log was exported from the HELP icon on my Z10 and the online technician was working his magic. Turns out the user access options had somehow been changed on my laptop and after a few minutes of online synced screen sharing my system was back up and running AND so is my Blackberry Link! Moral of the story is don't be so quick to blame Blackberry OS10 like I mistakenly was when it may just be your computer that is the problem. Thanks again to Blackberry for redeeming my faith!
