I've been through so many with my 9900 and 9790. Most of my trouble has been with multi point as I have been using 2 phones. In the end I settled on a visor mounted Jabra speakerphone only because it handled multi point better than all others I tried.
I'm down to 1 phone now (just the Z10) and would like to find a good BT earpiece. I have the BlackBerry HS700 from my past hunt for the perfect piece, but it doesn't have any volume controls and when connected to the Z10, volume control on the handset is locked out. What are you all using and happy with?
