Does anyone else's phone vibrate when they get pinged?

Seriously this is really annoying, my vibration works but for some reason my z10 doesn't vibrant when i get pinged, i have bbm on silent tho but still would it vibrate on os7. I can't find any settings for it, is anyone else experiencing this?
