2 phones, 1 bluetooth (z10 and iphone 4s)

So I have to carry 2 phones.
A wonderful z10
And a pos iPhone 4s

I also carry 2 headsets.
qx40 bluetooth.
Iphone headset.

I want only one headset, bluetooth.

Not sure what works well with 2 phones...

Any recommendations..?
