Camera problem

My camera wont start and i dont know why I've tried everything i even side loaded a camera bar but it made worse now i cant even open the camera before i have side loaded the bar the camera app ws openable but it say that the camera wont start but after i have put the bar on my phone it didnt even open the app
So please help im on 10.2
