Hi guys. today i got up and went on my routine BB email check, to find out it was erratic. i had some whatsapp activity, so decided to answer. curious thing was that anything i wrote did not remain in the history of the conversations. so i realized it must need a reboot. i turned the phone off, and when turning back on... alas.... will not boot. the white "Blackberry" logo will sit there forever and phone won't boot. won't even get to the progress bar... any ideas or advice anyone??
