How to bypass wifi

I decided to install 10.2.1 yesterday. everything seems to have worked well. But when I started up the phone again, the blue "welcome to blackberry" appears , then I cant get pass the wifi screen. I tried to enter the pass for my home wifi, which is wep. I typed my pass in, but the connect button wont appear. my pass is like XXXXX# , but the pass had to be at least 8 letters for the button to appear. I didn't know what to do so I randomly typed 8 letters. and now when I hit connect it stops on checking internet connection. it doesn't say I have the wrong pass , and it doesn't let me change the pass.
Is there any fix to this?
btw my sim card doesn't have data, so that screen is constantly running too
