Help needed to explore files on my Z10

Hello everyone,

Can someone help me / guide me on how I can see and edit files on my Z10? I mean files that are on the internal memory and not on the SD card and specifically files of applications.
Is there any way to do this? Cause while connected on my PC I'm only able to browse through files on the SD or on the internal memory that I have stored; it doesn't let me browse OS or app files.
