Another smart tag question

I tried searching this but nothing came up. Maybe I didn't use correct terms.

Anyways, I'm in the process of looking into buying some Nfc tags for my car to turn on blue tooth and open music app. The thing I want to know is how does the same Nfc tag revert the actions by turning off blue tooth and closing the music when I leave my car? I looked into the smart tag app and I couldn't find an action to close apps.
