Can't restore old OS backup

Hi every one ..

I had a problem with my Z10 and thanks god that i have a backup of my phone ..

And now after i had received a new Z10 .. i can't restore my backup to it !!
It says that my phone OS is newer than the backup OS ,,

How may i restore my backup ?!!
I have very important files at this backup ..
