Receiving SPAM with outlook

Hi all, since few weeks now i am receiving lots of spam on my email outlook account on my Z10. I have add filters, blocked senders and rules on my outlook setting, but althought they don't reach my inbox on my pc, they still reach my Z10.
Anyone knows how to stop that ? I can't find any emails filter on my Z10. Any spam blocker i can use ? It is getting very annoying.
