Beeping to On Hold Call

I can't find a setting that does this and multiple searches of Google and Crackberry have come up blank.

Part of the problem is search terms. If I make them super specific and wrap them in quotes, I get nothing. If I use generic terms, I get too much.

When I activate call waiting and pick up an incoming call, the call put on hold gets beeping. Rather embarrassing today while on a conference call with a dozen or more people.

So, can you eliminate the beeping heard by the caller on hold when you pick up the second call?
