Blackberry Madness - every hour a survey message

My wife getting every hour a message from blackberry to do a survey since 3 days.

I allready do the survey for here and also send a message to blackberry from the beta tool and reply one of these emails.

And after 4 hours she get 4 new one and ik keeps going on.

SOMEONE knows how to stop this madness from Blackberry
