Couple of Wireless network profiles came with the phone, safe to delete?

Hi All,

When I got my Z10 the box was still sealed and I opened it so nobody at the store payed with it, but it has a couple of wireless network profiles on it, one called "BELL_WIFI" and another one "5099251212", I guess they were used at the carrier to test or pre-configure the phone?

Did everyone get them too? are these used for anything? can I safely delete them?
