Passwordmanager on Z10 does not recognise password

I just transferred my data from my old BB 9700 by Blackberry Link to my new Z10. The problem I have is that the password manager on the Z10 does not accept the password I use on the 9700. On the 9700 the password manager works still with the password so the password I have to fill in on the Z10 must be correct. The password is numeral (number). What do I do wrong??
