There are times (happening more frequently now) that my z10 will notify me that I have a new text message, and I try to open it but it won't load. I've tried restarting the phone, refreshing it and nothing happens. I scroll the text and see a couple previous text messages but it still won't load the new ones. Then I'll try to view a different contacts text message and it just opens the one I tried to view earlier with nothing new. It will sometimes stall, and then randomly it will start loading everything. It's very annoying and I hope there is a way to fix this problem.
