STL100-3 10.2 update question

I got my sister one of the Z10 (sorprise don't tell her) from the sale in Blackberry's web page a couple of weeks ago, it is a STL100-3, so I was getting it prep for Christmas but it is in 10.1 I hoped it will get the 10.2 since my ex STL100-1 got it here in Ecuador, so I guess this model is tied with the US updates rollout, can someone confirm me that it will get the update (at least at the pace US gets it) or should I risk with sachesi.

If I take the risk with sachesi the 10.2 versions I have found so far are only form Canada (Telus and Rogers) but the radio version is not the same that I got in the STL100-1 here in Ecuador, could that radio version be a problem?

P.S: The phone works fine, I tested calling and SMS no problem with the bands here.
