LTE option no longer available on Network Mode Z10 STL100-2

Hi all,

i have a z10 stl100-2 and i can no longer find the LTE option to switch to, has resolved this problem? or does anyone have an idea to resolve this.
tried loading another radio file and still nothing.
currently using os 10.2.1.1055
