Running 10.2.0.415 and some sideload only can recognize wifi

hi y'all

i just upgrade my Z10 STL 100-1 from OS 10.1 to OS 10.2.0.415 official. 2 of my sideload apps ( path & candy crush ) acting strangely after the upgrade. it only can work when wi-fi is on and not when i use my data connection from the sim card, but others apps like fb, email, twitter, bbm working just fine . while using data connection, i only can see all updates from my friend, but i cant comment or post, and with candy crush i still can play but cant connect to facebook. it said no internet connection while actually i got data connection working ok.

so i thought there's something wrong with the debug token that i used. i end up :
1. re-sideloading
2. uninstall debug token and use unlocked android runtime
3. literally wipe the phone and inject leak OS 10.2.1.1055
4. that made even worse since when i upload the photo on path & Instagram, photo breaking up
5. after all those trials, path and candycrush still working with wifi ONLY
6. yes, my data connection is on
7. i wipe everything and downgrade OS to the official OS 10.2.0.415

friend told me to change SIM card, and it work for few hours ( and then acting strangely again), baterry pull seems do the trick, and it's back ok again....but when i change back to the original SIM card, problem occurs

can anyone help me with this problem ? because :
1. i dont want to change SIM card, that's my line that i use primary
2. i really need using path and most of the time i dont have wifi connection
