Call log separate from phone app problems

I am having an issue with my call log in the phone app operating separate from my hub. My call log just displays the numbers again not the contact name their saved under. An example is that I could manually type my home number in and call it won't recognize it as "home" which is the name in my contacts. I go into my contacts to make sure my home contact got deleted but it didn't. When I go into my hub though it displays as my contacts name. I hope I am making sense.

Anyone else have this issue? I'm running 10.2
