Portable Smartphone Chargers: Not All Created Equal.

I'm in the market for a Portable Smartphone Charger and I'm quite sure (and I've read) that they aren't all created equal. I was wondering if members of this community who have a bit more experience with these devices (and using them with a Z10) could share some of their findings and advice with me.
