Problem with app download

Just about a week ago, every app I install/update failed. The app was download successfully, but showed "An error has occurred processing your request" and showed "error installing application" as result.

I tried security wipe and re-installing the roms, but none fix the problem.

I also checked the forum, some people did reflect this issue, but did not see any solution yet.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
