Well as I post this, I am keeping my fingers crossed that the issue is fixed.
This is what I did.
First turn off the BlackBerry protect.
Then Turn off WiFi
Then turn off data
Turn off all location services.
After that did a battery pull, and after the phone booted back up, I didn't touch it for abt 10 mins. Then test the gyro sensor by launching the compass and pictures and email. It works then turn on WiFi and waited 5 min and did the test again, then turn on data, and repeat, after that location services, and finally BlackBerry protect. It's been about 2 hours since the battery pull and its working.
Just wanted to share with you all, hope fully this will help.
