Can't change title OS version 10.2.0.429
Last night I updated to the latest device OS. This morning I noticed that my bbm is not working at all. I tried doing a Security wipe and I am unable to connect to BB Protect or bbm when I sign in. I have not loaded a backup on my phone it is blank I should atleast be able to connect to bbm and black berry protect when I try to sign in right?
