No sound from TV when connected via HDMI

So I tried to play some of the $0.99 movies I downloaded from blackberry world on my TV but I couldn't get any sound from the TV. I can hear the sound coming from the phone. Is there a setting I need to change to get the sound to be played on the TV?

I tried with my playbook and the TV is able to play sound no problem.

Forgot to mention that it is the 10.2.1.1055 leaked OS.
