Best Verizon 10.2.1 leak?

What seems what to be the best and most stable 10.2.1 leak. Planning on the taking the dive. Knowing device will probably be 3 years old when Verizon gets around to 10.2.1. Also will I need separate radio file for whatever suggestions. Thanks much
